Certificate of Priestly Ordination of Deacon Geevarghese Thekkekkara (from the seminary at Puthen Pally) of the Syro Malabar Church in Thrissur, on 27 December 1904, according to the Roman rite, by Bishop Yohannan Menachery (1857-1919 https://www.catholic-hierarchy.org/bishop/bmenac.html), the successor of Bishop Adolf Medlycott (1838-1918 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adolph_Medlycott), the first Vicar Apostolic of Thrissur. Bishop Menacherry used the copy of an ordination certificate that Bishop Medlycott printed earlier. Bishop Menacherry struck the original name and signed his name.
